We recommend scheduling services ahead of time to reserve your appointment time and create a more relaxing experience. We also provide appointment with flexible scheduling that includes appointments outside of business hours.

Policies:

 At Spa and Salon Anastasia, we value your time as well as ours. To protect your scheduled appointments and ensure we maintain the highest quality experience for all our clients, we kindly ask that you cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

Because we understand that things come up at the last minute and schedules change, we will allow one appointment exception to this policy; however, any further last-minute Appointment cancellations will be charged the full amount of the appointment.
