Rebekah is a Salon Owner & Master Cosmetologist with over 17 years of experience In the spa and behind the chair. while she enjoys all aspects of her career, She specializes in organic hair color, precision cutting, Facial Treatments, and hair repair transformations.
She is trained in all methods of Platinum Seamless Hair extensions, Certified to Teach Platinum Seamless Multi method Extensions, and is Certified in YumiLash Keratin Lifts & Brow Laminations, Inca Glow Organic Smoothing Treatment, Scalp care & Hair Repair, HeadSpa, Dermaplaning, and is a Certified Organic HairColorist.
The only thing that outshines her passion for her, is her love for her husband, her four boys, and their life together in Toccoa!
Haley Carter
Master Cosmetologist
A proud Toccoa native, Haley graduated from Stephens County High School in 2023 and began her journey in the beauty industry that same summer. She is blessed to call Toccoa home, where she shares her life with her siblings and parents.
Haley earned her Master Cosmetology license in December 2024. Her specialties include headspa treatments, facials, relaxation therapy, hair services (women’s cuts and color), waxing, lash lifts, brow laminations, and pedicures.
She loves being someone’s happy place and sharing her passion for wellness and beauty. Haley is a firm believer in prioritizing health over beauty, and her commitment to an organic philosophy helps her inspire and encourage others.

Karlee is newly married to her wonderful husband, and they share their home with two adorable kittens.

Originally from Flowery Branch, GA, Destiny moved to Toccoa four years ago, where she married her loving husband. They have a beautiful 5-year-old daughter who is the light of their lives.

Valerie enjoys organic gardening, beekeeping, cooking, camping, beachcombing, live music, cooking, jewelry-making, and traveling.
